1. Who you buy from

Paid subscriptions and add-ons in MeetSync® are provided by MeetSync AB, company reg. no. 559582-2825. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This applies to new subscriptions, renewals and add-ons.

3. How to request a refund

Contact Paddle at paddle.net with your order number or the email address used at purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation and renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. No further payments are taken after that.

5. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you may have a statutory right of withdrawal in addition to this policy. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. See also the Paddle refund policy.
