About MeetSync® – smart meeting scheduling for companies and teams
MeetSync® is a service for smart meeting scheduling. It is developed and provided by MeetSync AB (company number 559582-2825) and the official website is meetsync.nu.
What MeetSync® does
MeetSync® brings together everything needed to get meetings booked: public booking calendars, meeting polls where several participants find a shared time, and an event calendar for open registrations. Everything is based on the participants’ real availability.
Booking calendars
With a meeting calendar in MeetSync® you share a booking link. Whoever wants to meet you picks an open time, and the booking lands directly in your calendar.
Shared meeting times across participants
A meeting poll in MeetSync® sends time proposals to internal and external participants, collects the answers and books the meeting once a shared time is found.
Calendar sync with Google, Microsoft 365 and Apple
MeetSync® syncs availability from Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Apple iCloud. Availability is read continuously, so the open times shown to the person booking always mirror the actual calendar.
External bookers need no account
Anyone booking through a public booking link does not need a MeetSync® account. An account is only needed for you who create calendars, send meeting polls and administer the organisation.
