    What the event calendar does

The event calendar is used when many people register for the same occasion — unlike a meeting calendar, where each booking is an individual meeting. You create an event, add one or more occasions and publish a registration page that attendees reach without an account.

Every occasion has its own capacity. When the seats run out, new registrations join a queue, and if someone cancels, the seat is offered to the next person on the waiting list for a limited time. You can also set a minimum number of attendees to decide whether an occasion goes ahead.

The registration form is built from the fields you need, and everything submitted follows through to the attendee list. Attendees receive a calendar invitation and an email confirmation, plus up to three reminders before the start. If someone declines in their calendar, the registration is cancelled automatically and the seat is released.

Events can be published in several languages, exported to a spreadsheet and synced to your CRM. The event calendar is a licensed module — the current plan requirement and add-on price are shown on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions about the event calendar

Do attendees need an account to register?
No. The registration page is public and the attendee fills in the form directly. An account is only needed by the person administering the event.
Can one event have several occasions?
Yes. An event can contain several occasions with their own dates, times and capacity, and the attendee picks the one that suits them.
How does the waiting list work?
When the maximum is reached, new registrations join a queue. If someone cancels, the seat is offered to the next person in line for a limited period before moving on.
What happens if an attendee declines in their calendar?
The registration is cancelled automatically, the seat is released again and the event is recorded in the event's audit log.
Can I collect more than name and email?
Yes. You add your own form fields per event, and the answers appear both in the attendee list and in the export.
Can the event be published in several languages?
Yes. The event page can be published in the platform's market languages, and the attendee receives confirmations and reminders in the language selected.
