Feature

A booking link that follows your calendar

A booking link only shows times you can actually take meetings. The customer picks a slot, the meeting is booked and everyone gets a calendar invite.

What a booking link is – and what it solves

A booking link is a public page where the person you want to meet picks a time straight from your calendar. Instead of emailing proposals back and forth, they only see slots that are genuinely free, and the booking lands in your calendar the moment it is made.

MeetSync® calculates the slots against your connected calendar in Google, Microsoft 365 or Apple iCloud. Busy time is filtered out, and your own rules – opening hours, lunch, buffer between meetings, minimum notice and a cap on meetings per day – decide what is shown.

You can run several booking links in parallel, for example one for 15-minute check-ins and one for longer reviews. Each calendar has its own address, its own rules and its own confirmation text, so one person can serve several sales flows without conflicting settings.

    What you can control

    Availability rules

Opening hours, lunch breaks, notice period, buffers and a daily meeting cap.

    Custom form fields

Add questions to be answered at the time of booking, such as the topic or organisation number.

    Multiple meeting types

Create several booking calendars with different durations and terms — each calendar has its own address.

    Multiple languages

A meeting calendar can be published in several languages; confirmations and invites follow the booker's choice.

    How to do it

    1. 1

      Connect your calendar

Google, Microsoft 365 or Apple — availability is pulled from there.

    2. 2

      Create the booking calendar

Set a name, durations, rules and form, then publish once everything's filled in.

    3. 3

      Share the link

Add it to your signature, website or mailings. Bookings and reminders are handled automatically.

How a booking link is used in practice

    In the email signature

Sales people and consultants put the link in their signature. Anyone who wants a call books it without asking for available times, and the meeting goes straight into the right calendar.

On the website or in a campaign

The link can sit behind a "Book a demo" button. With custom form fields you collect what you need before the meeting – topic, company registration number or number of attendees.

    Shared between colleagues

Add more participants to the calendar and only slots where everyone is free are shown. That suits meetings where both an account manager and a specialist need to attend.

    Frequently asked questions

Can several people share a booking link?
Yes. Add more attendees to the calendar and only times when everyone is free will be shown.
    Can the customer cancel themselves?
Yes. The confirmation includes a link to cancel or reschedule, and the slot is freed up automatically.
Does the customer need an account?
No. Booking is done without signing in.
    How often is availability updated?
Availability is read from the connected calendar when the booking page is opened, so a slot booked elsewhere a moment ago is no longer offered.
Can I control how close to the meeting people may book?
Yes. Minimum notice is set in days and blocks the current day plus the number of days you choose, so you avoid bookings at a few minutes notice.
    What about the video link?
If Microsoft Teams or Google Meet is connected, the meeting room is created automatically and the link is included in the calendar invitation to every participant.
